Win Win Productions is a Melbourne-based production company founded by husband-and-wife duo Maddy Tyers and Jimmy Eaton  — actors, writers, directors, and unapologetic film nerds. 

After years working across film, television, comedy, and live performance, we started Win Win as a place to pour our collective creative chaos into projects we genuinely want to make. It’s a home for playful ideas, strong characters, and stories that don’t take themselves too seriously.

We’ve spent our careers in front of cameras, behind microphones, in writers’ rooms, on stages, and occasionally surrounded by LEGO on national television. Along the way, we realised our favourite work always comes from collaboration, especially with talented friends who share our taste, timing, and curiosity.

Win Win is also a nod to our daughter (and chief inspiration), Winnie. Because if we can make films we love, laugh while doing it, and still get home in time for bedtime, that feels like the ultimate win.
